In the answer key (below) all the standard form equations are written incorrectly (in fact, they are written in a different form called "general form"). They are all written equalling zero. For example, in #3a the answer says 3x - y + 6 = 0. This can easily be switched to standard form by moving the 6 to the other side. So the ACTUAL standard form answer is 3x - y = -6
